Custom Film Ordering:
Here is a basic run down of how the Custom Film
ordering process is executed-
a) We are contacted with sizes, submitted artwork
or we can provide artwork.
b) We submit shop drawings and samples for
approval.
c) Once approved, manufacturing begins and
the product is shipped.

This is a basic run down. Some custom projects
can become very complex, but we are here to help.

For multiple panels that have a connecting design,
please see "How to measure" under Artwork.

Design fees may apply.

3D Film Ordering:
Stock 3D Window Films are designs we have created
and ordering is similar to Stock Film ordering. 3D
Window Film is a double sided apllication that will
require equal amounts of 3D Barrier Film(front) and
3D Design Film(back).

Custom 3D Window Films must be handled by a
represenative due to the complex nature,
requirements, and limitations of the product.
3D electronic proofs that show the effect in a .gif
file will also be submitted.

Design fees may apply.

How to measure:
Precise measurements must be taken in most cases.

a) Single panels-
a.1) Measure W X H

b) Multiple panels-
b.1) Designs that are continous i.e.,
straight lines, can be ordered as
a continous roll.
b.2) Designs that run accross multiple panels
that interconnect seamlessly, must be
measured per panel. Also any gaps or
spacing between panels must be measured
as well.

c) Advanced measuring for inconsistant groups
must be measured using a point of origin.

An example of all the measuring techniques is
available for download here.

colors differently. You should rely on samples
submitted for colors and resolution when comparing
to the final product.

Once the art/samples have been approved and
manufacturing begins, there is no going back.
A 50% deposit is required before manufacture.

FAQ

Q-Will just a photo of the window group work?
A-No. A photo will sometimes help for layout
purposes on complex groups. Precise measurements
are required.

Q-How do I clean my product?
A-Download our cleaning instructions here.

Q-How much do your products cost?
A-The cost is dependent on the size, complexity,
design, and materials used. Cost is on a case
by case basis.

Q-Is scratching covered by warranty?
A-No. Self-inflicted damage is not covered.
We use the highest quality products that are
the most durable and very tough. Although this
does not mean they cannot be damaged.

Q-What is your warranty?
A-Visit our warranty page here.
